Warranty Information

In the unlikely event that any product from ZOLO fails to work within the 1 year limited warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion, replace your product with the same or similar product.

Valid Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be made within 1 year of the date of original purchase. The product in question must be registered with ZOLO during this 1 year period, and a valid proof of purchase is required.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.

What To Do With The Defective Item
You may be asked to return the item to ZOLO if deemed necessary by our customer support team. If you do not need to return the item to us, we do ask that you dispose of the item in a responsible manner, and in accordance with your local guidelines. Some ZOLO items contain Lithium-Ion batteries, and can be harmful to the environment if not disposed of properly.

ZOLO products are not intended for medical use and have not been clinically tested. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas or skin.

Replacement Item Information
ZOLO reserves the right to send you a comparable replacement item should the defective item not be available. Additionally, replacement items DO NOT come with the same 1 year warranty. ZOLO is under no obligation to replace a replacement item should you experience further issues.

Any local taxes, fees or duties assessed by the local government for receiving your replacement are the responsibility of the customer.
